Presidential Candidates and Vice President Prabowo-Sandiaga Are Sure to Win the Presidential Election if Mastering Central Java

Sudirman said, reflecting on the dynamics of the 2014 presidential election, the Prabowo-Sandiaga pair could win the 2019 presidential election if they could win votes in Central Java. "In the past we learned in 2014 that the defeat of Pak Prabowo was quite large because if we could win Central Java, God willing, nationally we would win," Sudirman said when met at Ambhara Hotel, South Jakarta, Wednesday (12/12/2018) night.

Sudirman acknowledged that the electability of the Prabowo-Sandi pair is still far behind the pair Joko Widodo-Ma'ruf Amin, although he is optimistic he can achieve a significant vote in Central Java. The former Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources revealed, when he and Sandiaga Uno visited in September to November, the grassroots network organized local residents to hold the event. "We feel that the electability distance between incumbents and Prabowo-Sandi is still quite wide," said Sudirman. "Therefore, humbly, Prabowo-Sandi decided, God willing, January will move its command post, the headquarters of the struggle, in Central Java," he said.
