National Narcotics Agency Finds New Type of Narcotics, Liquid Marijuana Shipping from Germany
Pojok Pos. The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) discovered a new type of drug in the form of liquid marijuana. The item is ordered online and sent to Jakarta via the Retouren Service Center c / o Deutsche Post GM Germany. From the findings, the National Narcotics Agency confiscated four boxes of 22 bottles of liquid marijuana with 4 bottles of Hemspees. "This is an item that we have just discovered in the form of cannabis oil or rather oil from Canabis sativa seeds," said BNN Deputy Eradication Inspector General Arman Depari at the BNN Office, East Jakarta, Wednesday (12/12/2018).
Arman said, the findings had passed the examination at the BNN Laboratory. From the examination, said Arman contained two chemicals, namely Canabidiol and Dronabinol. Arman said, the two chemicals are NPS (new psychoactive substances) or new types of narcotics. "Unfortunately the two substances (Canabidiol and Dronabino) have not yet entered the Narcotics Act and the two fluids we confiscated have not been included in tables 1,2,3 in the attachment to Law Number 35 concerning narcotics, "Arman said. However, Arman stressed that the findings of these drugs both have detrimental effects on health, both hallucinogenic effects, addictive and other effects similar to marijuana. Arman said, currently his party is currently investigating new types of drug discovery cases that have not been included in the Narcotics Act.
"The new substances of drugs that have not all been included in the Narcotics Law that have entered Indonesia 81 have only 65 of them going to enter Indonesia, which must be discussed together how to overcome them," Arman said. On that occasion, Depari said, Indonesia still receives a lot of drug shipments by smuggling from abroad. Countries that are suppliers of drugs to Indonesia are Germany and the Netherlands.
